1. General

By visiting Instaclaw (1021 Stuyvesant Ave, Union, NJ 07083) or using this website, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — the latest version always lives on this page.

2. Party & Private Event Bookings

A 40% deposit is required to reserve a party or private event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

Need to reschedule? Reach out as early as you can at Instaclaw3@gmail.com and we'll do our best to find a new date. Deposits for cancellations made with short notice may not be refundable.

3. Food & Allergies

Our ramen, toppings, and desserts are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including wheat, soy, egg, shellfish, dairy, and peanuts). Please let our team know about any allergies before ordering.

4. Games & Prizes

Tokens and photo booth passes have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded. Claw machine prizes are subject to availability and may rotate. Please play fair — tampering with machines will end your visit early.

5. In-Store Conduct

Instaclaw is a family-friendly space. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully toward guests or staff.

6. Photos & Social Media

We occasionally take photos and videos in store for our social media. If you'd prefer not to appear, just tell a team member — no problem at all.
